Comprehensive Protection & Intelligent Balancing
The BMS integrates robust hardware protection functions to safeguard battery packs against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuits, and extreme temperatures. Its intelligent passive balancing system features programmable start voltage and differential, with selectable charging or static balancing modes—ensuring optimal cell consistency and extending overall pack life.
Advanced Communication & Monitoring
Equipped with dual CAN and dual RS485 communication ports, the BMS integrates seamlessly with marine inverters, chargers, and vessel monitoring systems. It supports direct communication with Victron devices via CAN, enabling centralized energy management. Bluetooth connectivity allows real-time monitoring via mobile app, providing instant access to voltage, current, temperature, and state of charge data. An optional BLE/WiFi module offers additional connectivity flexibility.
Multi-Channel Temperature Sensing
To ensure thermal safety in marine environments, the BMS includes one built-in temperature sensor and supports up to four external NTC channels for precise cell temperature monitoring. This multi-point sensing capability enables proactive thermal management, preventing overheating during high-current operation or in confined engine compartments.
Flexible System Configuration
The BMS supports both 4S and 8S LiFePO4 configurations, making it adaptable to 12.8V and 25.6V battery packs. It facilitates series and parallel connections of multiple battery packs, with automatic address allocation for simplified system setup. Local and remote switch functions, along with button indicator lights, provide convenient control and status indication for vessel operators.
Marine-Ready Durability
Designed for the rigors of marine use, the BMS operates reliably across a -30℃ to 75℃ temperature range and features a compact 210×110×20mm form factor. Its common port design simplifies wiring, while high current ratings of 200A continuous charge/discharge support demanding loads such as thrusters, windlasses, and inverters.
